The Director and founder of the practice, Paul McGuinness has worked as a lawyer on the Mornington Peninsula for over 30 years. He understands the issues affecting local residents and businesses alike. He take the time to understand the legal issues which impact people and strives to find a common sense legal solutions. He has been actively involved in local sporting and community groups for many years and has advocated on behalf of the community in relation to issues such as the retention of the Rosebud Hospital.
